1. Payment & Registration

Full payment is required to secure an athlete's spot.

Early Bird pricing is a strictly enforced promotion. Payment must be timestamped before the deadline to qualify for the discount.

2. No-Refund & Credit-Only Policy

BTG Basketball maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. * Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event start date will receive a BTG Credit for the full amount, valid for one (1) year toward any camp, clinic, or training.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, or after the event has started, are not eligible for credit or refund.

3. Attendance & No-Shows

Registration fees are for the full event. BTG does not prorate fees for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures.

Missed sessions without 7-day prior notice are forfeited and not eligible for credit.

4. Standards of Conduct & Right of Refusal

The BTG Standard: We build leaders. We reserve the right to remove any athlete from the program—without refund or credit—who is disruptive, disrespectful, or compromises the safety and culture of the gym.

Right of Refusal: BTG reserves the right to refuse service or registration to any individual for any reason that does not violate California or Federal law.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events)

In the event that a camp cannot be held due to circumstances beyond BTG’s control (facility issues, extreme weather, power outages, etc.), BTG will issue a Credit Only for the rescheduled date. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

6. Facility & Personal Property

BTG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Athletes are responsible for their own gear (balls, water bottles, bags).

7. Modification of Terms

BTG reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes your acceptance of the most current terms.

8. Choice of Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through mandatory mediation in [Insert County, CA] prior to any legal filings.
